CREHUR Solutions LLC provides comprehensive home management and execution services. Our value proposition is based on active Project Management: we oversee every detail, control delivery times, and ensure the client's vision is met. Our core services include:
Professional Cleaning & Property Care: Specialized cleaning for Pre-Listing (Move-In/Out), Airbnb turnovers, and residential maintenance.
Custom Carpentry: Design, repair, and installation of wood structures and home accents.
Home Remodeling & Styling: Interior transformations, aesthetic upgrades, and project coordination.
We act as the client's single point of contact, ensuring their time is respected and their investment protected through direct execution or professional supervision of specialized teams.
2. Management and Specialized Specialists
Execution and Supervision: For all services, CREHUR Solutions LLC acts as the project lead, managing qualified teams and ensuring that agreed-upon aesthetic and operational standards are met.
Licensed Requirements: For interventions requiring specific technical licenses (e.g., electrical, major plumbing, or structural renovations), our role is to identify, recommend, and facilitate the connection with licensed third-party contractors.
Contractual Relationship: The client acknowledges that in these cases, CREHUR Solutions LLC acts as a management representative, while the formal technical execution agreement is established directly between the Client and the Licensed Specialist.
Defined Responsibility: We oversee active communication, deadline compliance, and visual quality. However, technical liability and structural or professional warranties rest exclusively with the licensed contractor executing the work. Our responsibility is limited to excellence in management, coordination, and workflow supervision.
3. Reservations We believe in a hassle-free experience. Booking your service is 100% free, and no upfront deposit is required to secure your spot. However, out of respect for our team’s schedule and logistical planning, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
4. Payments Services are due upon completion of the service. For your security and convenience, CREHUR Solutions uses industry-leading secure payment platforms, including Stripe and Square, to process all transactions. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure mobile payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay). No financial information is stored directly by us, ensuring your data remains encrypted and safe.
Automatic Recurring Payments: Clients opting for our Subscription Plan receive a 5% discount. Payments are processed 24 hours after service completion. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with a 48-hour notice.
5. Communications By contacting us, you agree to receive phone calls and SMS communications related to your service and project updates.
6. Professional Commitment and Liability: At CREHUR Solutions LLC, we strive for excellence and impeccable service. In the event of a dispute, our liability is limited to the professional management and coordination fees paid for the specific service provided. We are committed to working closely with our clients to resolve any concerns and ensure a positive experience.
For cleaning services, any claims regarding property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for review and resolution.
